The paper identifies the rate of increase in plasma transaminase activity in 431 HIV/AIDS patients in four Vietnam-China border provinces. The results showed that the rate of ALT increase was 39% higher in men than in women, the rate of AST increase was 39.4% in men higher than in women. The level of increase is mainly in level I. In patients with HIV/HCV coinfection, the rate of transaminase is higher than that of HIV infection alone. The group of patients using ARV for more than 1 year had a higher rate of ALT elevation than the ARV group less than 1 year.Xác định tỷ lệ tăng hoạt độ enzyme transaminase huyết tương ở 431 bệnh nhân HIV/AIDS tại bốn tỉnh biên giới Việt - Trung. Kết quả cho thấy tỷ lệ tăng ALT là 39% ở nam cao hơn ở nữ, tỷ lệ tăng AST là 39,4% ở nam cao hơn ở nữ. Mức độ tăng chủ yếu là mức độ I. Ở bệnh nhân đồng nhiễm HIV/HCV thì tỷ lệ tăng transaminase cao hơn so với nhiễm HIV đơn thuần. Nhóm bệnh nhân sử dụng ARV trên 1 năm thì tỷ lệ tăng ALT cao hơn so với nhóm sử dụng ARV dưới 1 năm.
