Đánh giá đổi mới là hoạt động cần thiết và quan trọng để kiểm soát hoạt động đổi mới một cách thường xuyên, liên tục đối với cơ quan quản lý và doanh nghiệp, nhất là trong giai đoạn hội nhập hiện nay, khi tốc độ thay đổi công nghệ rất nhanh chóng và mạnh mẽ. Việt Nam đang chuyển mới mô hình tăng trưởng kinh tế từ khai thác tài nguyên sang mô hình tăng trưởng dựa trên đổi mới. Để thúc đẩy đổi mới trong các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam cần thiết phải xây dựng bộ công cụ để đánh giá hoạt động đổi mới. Bài viết sẽ phân tích kinh nghiệm sử dụng chỉ số đánh giá đổi mới ở châu Âu và đề xuất một số khuyến nghị cho Việt Nam.Evaluation of innovation is an essential and important activity to control innovation activities regularly and continuously for management agencies and enterprises, especially in the current integration stage, when the pace of change Changing technology is very quick and powerful. Vietnam is transforming an economic growth model from resource exploitation to an innovation-based growth model. In order to promote innovation in Vietnamese enterprises, it is necessary to develop a toolkit to evaluate innovation activities. The paper will analyze the experience of using innovation evaluation index in Europe and propose some recommendations for Vietnam.
