Khảo sát mối liên quan giữa homocystein huyết tương với đặc điểm huyết áp 24 giờ và độ cứng động mạch ở 87 bệnh nhân tăng huyết áp nguyên phát. Kết quả cho thấy tỷ lệ bệnh nhân có homocystein tăng là 81,6%. Giá trị trung bình là 43,00 ± 21,22 micromol/l. Homocystein tương quan thuận mức độ ít với huyết áp tâm thu trung bình ngày, huyết áp tâm trương trung bình ngày, huyết áp tâm thu trung bình đêm, huyết áp tâm trương trung bình đêm, huyết áp tâm thu trung bình 24 giờ và huyết gáp tâm trương trung bình 24 giờ. Homocystein tương quan thuận mức độ khá chặt với AASI.The study investigated the relationship between plasma homocysteine and 24-hour blood pressure characteristics and arterial stiffness in 87 patients with primary hypertension. The results showed that the percentage of patients with homocysteine increased by 81.6%. The average value is 43.00 ± 21.22 micromol / l. Homocysteine correlates with low level positive with average daily systolic blood pressure, average diastolic blood pressure, average night systolic blood pressure, average night diastolic blood pressure, 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure and blood average diastolic 24 hours. Homocysteine correlates positively with AASI.
