Nghiên cứu chỉ số độ cứng động mạch lưu động (AASI) ở 65 bệnh nhân tăng huyết áp nguyên phát được đo huyết áp 24 giời và tính chỉ số AASI. Kết quả cho thấy AASI của bệnh nhân tăng huyết áp là 0,47 ± 0,14. AASI có tương quan thuận với tuổi và áp lực mạch trung bình 24 giờ. AASI có tương quan thuận với chỉ số khối lượng cơ thất trái, AASI của bệnh nhân có microalbumin niệu hoặc bị đột quỵ não cao hơn những bệnh nhân không có tổn thương cơ quan đích này.The article investigated the arterial stiffness index (AASI) in 65 patients with primary hypertension with 24-hour blood pressure measurement and AASI index calculation. Results showed that AASI of hypertensive patients was 0.47 ± 0.14. AASI is positively correlated with age and average 24-hour vascular pressure. AASI is positively correlated with left ventricular mass index, AASI of patients with microalbuminuria or brain stroke is higher than patients without this target organ damage.
