Kết quả cho thấy triệu chứng lâm sàng và bệnh tích đại thể ở gà thả vườn là gầy còm, lông xơ xác, niêm mạc nhợt nhạt. Khi gà nhiễm giun tròn thì số lựng hồng cầu và hàm lượng huyết sắc tố giảm, số lượng bạch cầu và số lượng tiểu cầu tăng so với gà khỏe mạnh. Số lượng và tỷ lệ của bạch cầu đơn nhân và bạch cầu hạt của gà nhiễm giun tròn giảm thấp so với gà khỏe trong khi số lượng và tỷ lệ lâm ba cầu tăng.Study on pathological characteristics, clinical gastrointestinal nematode disease in garden chickens in Hai Phong city. The results showed that clinical symptoms and general lesions in backyard chickens were thin, fibrous hairs, pale mucosa. When chickens infected with nematode worms, the number of red blood cells and the concentration of hemoglobin decreased, the number of white blood cells and the number of platelets increased compared to healthy chickens. The number and proportion of mononuclear and granulocytes of nematode-infected chickens decreased slightly compared to healthy chickens while the number and percentage of triple hemoglobins increased.
