Objectives: 1/ To explore the eharaeteristics of clinical and sub-clinical of interstitial lung disease in patients with polymyositis. 2/ To determine the association of interstitial lung disease with other eharaetenstics of clinical and sub-clinical polymyositis. Subjects and methods: A crosssectional study was conducted in 67 patients diagnosed with polymyositis from 8/2016 to 6/2017 at Department of Rheumatology, Bach Mai Hospital. Results: The most common disease was in the age group of 40-60 years old with a female/male prevalence of 1,3/1. Interstitial pneumonia was reported in 37 out of 67 patients (55,2%), with the most common dinical features including dyspnea (67,6%), dry cough (56,8%), fever (37,8%), rales (18,9%) and chest pain (15,2%). When measuring respiratory function, 26/37 patients had limited ventilation, accounting for 70,3%. The most common signs from high - resolution computer tomography (CT scan) of patients with interstitial pneumonia were think organization interstitial lung (75,7%), bronchiectasis (13,5%), and blurry opacification (5,4%). In the group of patients with interstitial pneumonia, higher age, longer duration of disease and serum concentrations of serum CK increased more than pabents without interstitial pneumonia. Increasing serum inflammation and anemia were more common in patients with interstitial pneumonia than in patients without interstitial pneumonia.Xác định đặc điểm lâm sàng và cận lâm sàng của viêm phổi kẽ trên 67 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán viêm đa cơ tự miễn điều trị tại khoa Cơ xương khớp, bệnh viện Bạch Mai từ 8/2016 đến 6/2017. Kết quả cho thấy bệnh hay gặp nhất ở lứa tuổi từ 40-60, tỷ lệ mắc bệnh nam/nữ là 1,3/1. Tổn thương trên phổi gặp ở 37/67 bệnh nhân, Khi đo chức năng hô hấp, có 26/37 bệnh nhân viêm phổi kẽ có rối loạn thông khí hạn chế, chiếm tỷ lệ 70,3%. Những hình ảnh tổn thương hay gặp nhất trên phim trên phim C.T Scanner phổi của bệnh nhân có viêm phổi kẽ gồm dày tổ chức kẽ, giãn phế quản, có hình ảnh đông đặc dạng kính mờ.
