Nghiên cứu đặc điểm lâm sàng co giật do sốt trên 123 trẻ em và kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành xử trí co giật do sốt của người chăm sóc trẻ tại khoa Nội tổng hợp, bệnh viện Nhi Hải Dương quý IV năm 2017. Kết quả cho thấy phần lớn trẻ co giật do sốt khở phát triệu chứng sốt một cách từ từ. Có 39,8% trẻ lên cơn co giật khi thân nhiệt trên 39 °C và 91,1 trường hợp co giật xuất hiện sớm trước 24h kể từ khi khởi phát triệu chứng sốt, 52% trường hợp co giật xuất hiện trước 6h. Cơn co giật do sốt thường khởi đầu bằng dấu hiệu trợn mắt và tím tái. Kiến thức xử trí co giật do sốt của người chăm sóc trẻ ở mức chưa tốt. Thực hành xử trí co giật do sốt của người chăm sóc ở mức tốt.Purposes: To describe the clinical features and evaluation of knowledge, attitude, practice on febrile seizure of people who cared for children at General Internal Department of Hai Duong Children's Hospital in 4th quarter of 2017. Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study of 123 febrile seizure children and 123 people who cared for those children. Results: The majority of children started fever symptom gradually. 39.8% cases occurred convulsion when temperature over 39°C and 91.1% eases occurred convulsion 24 hours before starting of fever, 52% convulsion occurred 6 hours before. Febrile seizure tended to start with goggled sign (69.9%), pale f61.8%). Causes of febrile seizure: Uooer respiration infection (43.9). General knowledge of febrile seizure of person who cared for children were not verv good. Practice of handling on febrile seizure of people who cared for children was good.
