Background: Bipolar disorder is a mental disorder characterized by one or more manic episodes. Dopamine plays important role in epilogy of bipolar disorser. Objectives: To study dinical characteristics and analysts of plasma Dopamine quantitative results in patients with manic bipolar mood disorder. Subjects and Methods: Cross-sectional study, retrospective cohort study of 62 Inpatients with bipolar disorder, manic episode, in Central psychiatnc hospital 1, from July 2015 to December 2017. Using criteria diagnosis ICD-10 (1992) for bipolar disorder Results: Rapid thinking, high-pitched paranoia and paranoid delusions are common thought disorders encountered in the study population. 0.001.Nghiên cứu đặc điểm lâm sàng và kết quả xét nghiệm nồng độ dopamine huyết tương 62 bệnh nhân rối loạn cảm xúc lưỡng cực giai đoạn hưng cảm. Kết quả cho thấy tư duy nhanh, hoang tưởng, hoang tưởng tự cao và hoang tưởng bị hại là các rối loạn tư duy phổ biến gặp trong nhóm bệnh nhân rối loạn cảm xúc lưỡng cực giai đoạn hưng cảm. Tăng khí săc (91,94%) và cảm xúc căng thẳng (48,39%) có sự khác biệt với các rối loạn cảm xúc khác. Điểm hưng cảm theo thang YMRS giảm rõ rệt sau khi điều trị. Nồng độ Dopamine huyết tương giảm rõ rệt sau điều trị.
