Khảo sát tỷ lệ nhiễm Cytomegalovirus ở bệnh nhân ghép thận tại Bệnh viện Quân y 103 trong thời gian từ 2006 đến 2016. Kết quả cho thấy tỷ lệ đã từng nhiễm Cytomegalovirus trước ghép cao ở cả người cho và người nhận. Sau ghép, tỷ lệ bệnh nhân nhiễm Cytomegalovirus hiện hành là 9,8%, chủ yếu xảy ra trong vòng 3 tháng đấu sau ghép. Tuổi người nhận dưới 20, D+/R-(CMV-lgM), thải ghép qua trung gian kháng thể là các yếu tố làm tăng nguy cơ tỷ lệ nhiễm Cytomegalovirus.Study on the rate of Cytomegalovirus infection in kidney transplant patients at Military Hospital No.103 in the period from 2006 to 2016. The results showed that the rate of previous Cytomegalovirus infection was high in both donors and recipients. After transplantation, the prevalence of current Cytomegalovirus infections was 9.8%, mainly occurring within the three months following transplantation. The age of recipients below 20, D + / R- (CMV-lgM), antibody-mediated rejection is a factor that increases the risk of Cytomegalovirus infection.
