Nghiên cứu một số yếu tố tiên lượng ở 93 bệnh nhân nhồi máu thân não giai đoạn cấp điều trị tại Bệnh viện Bạch Mai trong thời gian từ 7/2016 đến 7/2017. Kết quả cho thấy các yếu tố về độ tuổi trên 60, điểm Glasgow từ 3 đến 8, điểm NIHSS trên 20, rối loạn hô hấp, rối loạn nuốt, kích thước ổ nhồi trên 20mm ở vị trí hành não, kích thước ổ nhồi máu trên 20mm ở các vị trí kết hợp, trên xung mạch TOF có hẹp tắc động mạch thân nền là những yếu tố có giá trị tiên lượng.The paper investigated some prognostic factors in 93 patients with acute cerebral infarction in the stage of treatment at Bach Mai Hospital from 7/2016 to 7/2017. The results showed factors of age over 60, Glasgow score from 3 to 8, NIHSS score above 20, respiratory disorder, swallowing disorder, upper size of the ducts of 20mm in position of cerebral cortex, stuffed size Blood above 20mm in the combined positions, on the TOF pulse with narrowing of the basal artery is the prognostic value.
