Kim giao (Nageia fleuryi) là loài cây gỗ có giá trị chủ yếu về mặt lâm sản, được xếp vào tình trạng gần nguy cấp. Đây là loài phân bố rộng, nhưng số lượng cá thể ít, lại bị khai thác để lấy gỗ làm đũa bán trong nước và xuất khẩu. Do đó, nghiên cứu nhân giống bằng phương pháp giâm hom để bảo tồn nguồn gen loài cây này là cần thiết. Kết quả cho thấy chất điều hòa sinh trưởng, loại giá thể giâm hom và thời vụ giâm hom có ảnh hưởng rõ rệt đến khả năng ra rễ của hom.Kim Giao plant (Nageia fleuryi) is a valuable timber species in terms of forest products, classified as near-critical status. This species is widely distributed, but the number of individuals is small, it is exploited to get wood for chopsticks to sell in the country and for export. Therefore, research on propagation by method of cuttings to conserve genetic resources of this plant is necessary. The results showed that growth regulators, culture places and cuttings status had a significant effect on the rooting ability of cuttings.
