Literature study has been refered to dosmetic and abroad researches on adjusting technique, nailing, experience and results of Metaizeau nailing without opening fracture with the support of C- ARM to build up the procedures and technique to treat femoral fracture for children in Vietnam. From October 2010 to January 2015, the authors applied this procedure to treat 47 peadiatric patients aged from 6-15 years old with closed femoral shaft fractures at Saint-Paul hospital in Ha Noi, Trauma and Orthopedic hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, and Thai Binh medical university hospital. This study showed that the procedure had good result during technical procesure, no side effects, no complications during and after surgery. The treatments were 83.7% as good results
averagre results as of 16.3%, and having no bad results.Nghiên cứu xây dựng quy trình kỹ thuật nắn chỉnh và đóng đnih metaizeau không mở ổ gẫy dưới màn tăng sáng điều trị gãy kín thân xương đùi trên 47 trẻ em tại bệnh viện Xanh Pôn, Hà Nội. Kết quả cho thấy khi thực hiện kỹ thuật không xảy ra tai biến, biến chứng trong và sau phẫu thuật. Kết quả điều trị đạt mức tốt 83,7%, trung bình 16,3% và không có kết quả kém.
