Phân tích những thuận lợi của mô hình sinh viên trợ giảng đối với sự phát triển nghề nghiệp trong tương lai của sinh viên. Phát triển năng lực nghề nghiệp sinh viên là một trong những nhiệm vụ then chốt của các trường sư phạm trong giai đoạn hiện nay nhằm đào tạo những nhà giáo tương lai. Bên cạnh việc tăng cường cho sinh viên tham gia thực tập sư phạm tại trường phổ thông, hiện nay ở các trường đại học giáo dục phát triển trên thế giới thì mô hình sinh viên trợ giảng đã được áp dụng rộng rãi. Tuy nhiên mô hình này tại các trường đại học tại Việt Nam còn chưa phổ biến và chưa được quan tâm đúng mức.The paper analyzes the advantages of the model of teaching assistants for future career development of students. Developing students' professional capacity is one of the key tasks of pedagogical schools in the current period to train future teachers. In addition to strengthening students to participate in pedagogical internship in high schools, currently in the universities of educational development in the world, the model of teaching assistants has been widely applied. However, this model at universities in Vietnam is not yet popular and has not been given adequate attention.
