The article raises the status of land management in some state-owned agricultural and forestry enterprises in Thai Nguyen province. The results show that in Thai Nguyen province, there are currently 10 agricultural and forestry enterprises with a total area of nearly 90,000 ha, agricultural land of 6407.68 ha, forestry land area of 77,596.1 ha, of which the area of land use right certificate is still low, less than 50% of the total area. Land management in the agricultural and forestry enterprises still has many errors, including some major violations of illegal land allocation, inefficient use of land, and financial violations of land use management. The main violations are because there is no clear legal framework for land management at the agro-forestry enterprises in the Doi Moi period, so it is necessary to definitely resolve conflicts between people and farmers and agricultural and forestry enterprises.Thực trạng quản lý đất đai tại một số nông, lâm trường quốc doanh trên địa bàn tỉnh Thái Nguyên. Kết quả cho thấy trên toàn tỉnh Thái Nguyên hiện đang có 10 nông, lâm trường với tổng diện tích được giao là gần 90 nghìn ha, đất nông trường là 6407,68 ha, đất lâm trường là 77.596,1 ha, trong đó diện tích được cấp giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất còn thấp, chưa đến 50% tổng diện tích. Công tác quản lý đất đai tại các nông, lâm trường còn nhiều sai phạm, trong đó có một số sai phạm chính là giao đất không đúng thẩm quyền, sử dụng đất không hiệu quả, vi phạm tài chính về quả lý sử dụng đất. Các sai phạm chính là do chưa có một khung pháp lý rõ ràng về công tác quản lý đất tại các nông lâm trường trong thời kỳ đổi mới, do vậy cần giải quyết dứt điểm các mâu thuẫn giữa người dân và các nông, lâm trường.
