Bài viết đưa ra đánh giá kết quả thực trạng thực hiện bộ tiêu chí quốc gia về y tế xã tại tỉnh Hà Giang năm 2016. Kết quả cho thấy công tác chỉ đạo điều hành chăm sóc sức khỏe nhân dân là tốt, đạt 82,6%. Một số tiêu chí chưa đạt được như số xã đạt tiêu chí 2 đánh giá về nguồn nhân lực y tế chỉ là 20,5%. Vấn đề vệ sinh môi trường đa số là chưa đạt tiêu chí. Công tác chăm sóc sức khỏe bà mẹ - trẻ em còn chưa tốt.The article provides an assessment of the results of the implementation of the national criteria for commune health in Ha Giang province in 2016. The results show that the direction and administration of people's health care is good, reaching 82, 6%. Some criteria have not been achieved such as the number of communes meeting the criteria of 2 assessing health human resources is only 20.5%. The majority of environmental sanitation issues have not met the criteria. Maternal and child health care is not good.
