Bài báo trình bày nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng của rung khử ứng suất dư tới tuổi thọ mỏi của mối hàn trên cơ sở thí nghiệm. Mẫu mối hàn được thiết kế theo tiêu chuẩn và phù hợp với thiết bị thí nghiệm hiện có, các mẫu của một loại mối hàn được chia thành hai nhóm, là nhóm rung khử ứng suất dư và nhóm không khử ứng suất dư. Sự giảm ứng suất dư của mẫu được xác nhận thông qua được tiến hành thí nghiệm đồng thời trong cùng một điều kiện tải để tiến hành so sánh tuổi thọ giữa chúng.The paper presents a study on the effect of vibration reducing residual stress on fatigue life of welds on a test basis. The weld sample is designed according to the standard and suitable for the existing testing equipment, the samples of a weld type are divided into two groups, the residual stress relief group and the group without residual stress relief. Reducing the residual stress of the confirmed sample is carried out at the same time under the same load conditions to compare the life expectancy between them.
