The article analyzes the provisions of international law and the Party's guidelines and policies, Vietnam's policies and laws on the right of lawyers to collect evidence to ensure human rights, thereby offering solutions for perfecting the legal system on this issue.Quyền con người là vấn đề luôn thu hút sự quan tâm của cả nhân loại. Đối với người bị tình nghi phạm tội, người bị buộc tội thì việc quan tâm và tạo ra những điều kiện cần thiết để bảo đảm thực hiện quyền con người của họ càng được đề cao hơn cả. Bài viết phân tích quy định của pháp luật quốc tế và chủ trương, đường lối của Đảng, chính sách, pháp luật của Việt Nam về quyền thu thập chứng cứ của Luật sư nhằm bảo đảm quyền con người, từ đó đưa ra giải pháp hoàn thiện hệ thống pháp luật về vấn đề này.
