Studying the participation of political parties, social organizations in some countries around the world and controlling state power, can draw some experience for Vietnam.Xây dựng nhà nước nhỏ, xã hội lớn, xây dựng nhà nước pháp quyền, phát triển kinh tế thị trường, mở rộng xã hội dân sự là xu thế phổ biến trên thế giới ngày nay. Để đáp ứng yêu cầu xây dựng nhà nước pháp quyền xã hội chủ nghĩa, đòi hỏi Việt Nam phải đổi mới chính trị, đổi mới tổ chức và hoạt động của bộ máy nhà nước, thiết lập cơ chế kiểm soát quyền lực nhà nước có hiệu quả.
