Objective: Remarks on the clinical characteristics, subclinical thyroid cancer treated' in Hanoi Medical University Hospital from 01/2012 to 05/2014. Ultrasound, TIRADS 4 tumor was 71.05 percent, solitary tumor was 62.86 percent, bilateral tumor was 27.14 percent

81.48 percent ipsilateral nodes. Cytologically, malignant tumor was 90 percent
100 percent positive lymph node. Conclusions: Clinical palpation was the most common presentation of thyroid cancers. Neck ultrasound and lymph node/tumor fine aspiration cytology have an important role in diagnosis.
