Đánh giá hiệu quả kỹ thuật thở máy không xâm nhập BiPAP điều trị 63 bệnh nhân suy hô hấp cấp tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Hà Nam từ 3/2013 đến 9/2014. Kết quả cho thấy điểm APACHE II trung bình khi nhập viện là 17,95 ± 2,269, đợt cấp COPD: 85,71%. Có 47,26% trường hợp điều trị thành công với thở máy không xâm nhập, thời gian thở máy trung bình của nhóm này là 34,7 + 12,24 giờ. Có 52,38% thất bại với thở máy không xâm nhập phải đặt nội khí quản thở máy xâm nhập, thở gian thở máy không xâm nhập trung bình là 2,4 + 1,07 giờ. Nhóm điều trị thành công có tuổi trung bình, điểm APACHE II trung bình ,mạch, PaCO2 ở nhóm thành công cao hơn nhóm thất bại. Có 66,67% trường hợp ổn định ra viện, 22,56% tử vong.The article assesses the effectiveness of non-invasive ventilation techniques BiPAP treat 63 patients with acute respiratory failure at Ha Nam General Hospital from 3/2013 to 9/2014. The results showed that the average APACHE II score when hospitalized was 17.95 ± 2,269, with COPD: 85.71%. There were 47.26% of successful treatment with non-invasive mechanical ventilation, the average mechanical ventilation time of this group was 34.7 + 12.24 hours. There were 52.38% failures with non-invasive mechanical ventilation that required intubation of the ventilator and the average non-invasive mechanical ventilation was 2.4 + 1.07 hours. The successful treatment group had average age, average APACHE II score, pulse, and PaCO2 in the group with higher success. There are 66.67% of cases of hospital discharge stability, 22.56% of deaths.
