Objectives: Evaluating the effect of Levobuplvacain spinal anaesthesia by combining Fentanyl when the authors have the upstream metanephric cobble umbel endoscopic operation. Latent period of hurt inhibitited feeling of Levobupivacain at level 1 is 4,93 +/- 1,98 minutes. Levobupivacain has less influence on periodicity, breathing. Hopeless effect has not rarelly happened. Conclusions: With anesthesic drug dosage 0,05mg/cm or 5mg/m height of patients, combining 30 mcg Fentanyl is suitable for spinal anaesthesia to the upstream metanephric cobble umbel endoscopic operation.
