Tỷ trọng đóng góp GDP của nền kinh tế tư nhân thời gian qua luôn lớn nhất so với các thành phần kinh tế khác và duy trì ổn định ở mức 39-40%, đội ngũ doanh nhân ngày càng lớn mạnh, số lượng doanh nghiệp của tư nhân tăng nhanh với nhiều loại hình đa dạng
phong trào khởi nghiệp được đẩy mạnh.
