Many new generation robots such as seat assembly robots purchased from IKEA stores, bridge / road quality control robots, health care robots ... were introduced and shared by Vietnamese experts abroad at the Association. Workshop "Robotics - mechatronics technology in the 4th industrial revolution: Demand and solutions for Vietnamese enterprises" took place on August 21, 2018 within the framework of the Innovative Network Connection Program Vietnam in 2018. At the Conference, delegates affirmed that, in order to widely apply science and technology in general, robotics - mechatronics technology in particular, businesses need to increase investment and cooperation in research, training and technology transfer.Nhiều robot thế hệ mới như robot lắp ráp ghế mua từ cửa hàng IKEA, robot kiểm tra chất lượng cầu/đường, robot chăm sóc sức khỏe... đã được các chuyên gia người Việt ở nước ngoài giới thiệu, chia sẻ tại Hội thảo "Công nghệ robot - cơ điện tử trong cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ 4: Nhu cầu và giải pháp cho doanh nghiệp Việt Nam" diễn ra ngày 21/8/2018 trong khuôn khổ Chương trình Kết nối mạng lưới đổi mới sáng tạo Việt Nam năm 2018. Tại Hội thảo, các đại biểu đã khẳng định, để ứng dụng rộng rãi khoa học và công nghệ nói chung, công nghệ robot - cơ điện tử nói riêng, doanh nghiệp cần tăng cường đầu tư và hợp tác trong nghiên cứu, đào tạo và chuyển giao công nghệ.
