Bài viết làm rõ một số bất cập trong các quy định của Luật Doanh nghiệp năm 2014This paper clarifies shortcomings of provisions of the Law on Enterprises of 2014 on: i) Evaluation of property as contributed capital to company establishment
ii) Time for capital contribution to a partnership
iii) Property obligation of a new partner
iv) Property obligation of directors of a dissolved company. It then makes proposals to improve those provisions.
