Identifying documents and evidence is a measure a judge can take in the course of resolving a case to collect documents and evidence. Compared to the previous procedural law, the 2015 Civil Procedure Code has supplemented the provisions on measures to verify documents and evidence. This additional provision of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code is consistent with the practice of applying the Judge's methods of collecting documents and evidence in resolving civil cases and is a legal basis for judges conducting measures to verify documents and evidence.Xác định tài liệu, chứng cứ là một biện pháp Thẩm phán có thể tiến hành trong quá trình giải quyết vụ án để thu thập tài liệu, chứng cứ. So với pháp luật tố tụng trước đây, Bộ luật Tố tụng dân sự năm 2015 đã bổ sung quy định về biện pháp xác minh tài liệu, chứng cứ. Quy định bổ sung này của Bộ luật Tố tụng dân sự năm 2015 phù hợp với thực tiễn áp dụng các biện pháp thu thập tài liệu, chứng cứ của Thẩm phán trong giải quyết vụ việc dân sự và là căn cứ pháp lý để Thẩm phán tiến hành biện pháp xác minh tài liệu, chứng cứ.
