Phát triển viễn thông tại một số nước châu Phi còn gặp phải những khó khăn, thách thức như: thiếu nguồn nhân lực công nghệ thông tin có trình độ, nạn tham nhũng tràn lan và bất ổn chính trị xã hôi...
