Participation and engagement in HIV prevention and care interventions among men who have sex with other men including men sell sex to other men is limited. A retrospective chart review was performed of 349 male sex workers (M5W) at the sexual health promotion intervention in 2014-2015 to discribe HIV and sexually transmitted infection (STI) cascade. Among 349 participants, proportion of being infected with HIV was 7 percent, with one of three STI namely syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia was 29 percent. Rate of returning for results and post-test counselling was 50 percent. Up to 32 percent of the participants was infected with one of the four HIV/STI. Rate of cases positive with the four HIV/STI, knowing the results and receiving post-test counselling was 23 percent. That of those being treated for STI and referred for HIV was 20 percent. The intervention helped to reduce rate of lost followup through steps in the HIV /STI cascade. Improvement in attiaining contact and contacting MSW is needed. There should be further research on health seeking behavior, and prevention and care model for MSW.
