Khảo sát mối quan hệ giữa đất đai và thu nhập của hộ gia đình nông thôn, nhằm kiểm định giả thiết về động cơ thu nhập trong quyết định sở hữu đất nông nghiệp của hộ gia đình nông thôn. Các phát hiện chính của nghiên cứu là: trong các điều kiện hiện tại, đất đai không đóng vai trò quyết định đối với thu nhập của hộ gia đình nông thôn, việc gia tăng diện tích không làm cải thiện hiệu quả sử dụng đất vào mục đích nông nghiệp. Do đó, động cơ sở hữu và thay đổi quy mô sở hữu đất nông nghiệp không xuất phát từ sinh kế.The paper survey the relationship between land and income of rural households, in order to test the hypothesis of income motivation in the decision to own agricultural land of rural households. The main findings of the study are: in current conditions, land does not play a decisive role in rural household income, increasing the area does not improve the efficiency of land use in agricultural purpose. Therefore, the motivation to own and change the scale of agricultural land ownership does not stem from livelihoods.
