Trên cơ sở đó bài viết nêu ra những vấn đề cần giải quyết để bảo đảm áp dụng có hiệu quả hình sự trong đấy tranh xử lí tội buôn lậu.Trafficking offenses stipulated by the Criminal Code 2015 have many amendments and supplements compared to Article 153 of the Criminal Code 1999 on corresponding crimes, so this article focuses on analyzing the new regulations of the Criminal Code 2015. Based on that, the article raises the issues that need to be resolved to ensure the effective application of criminal warrants in the fight against smuggling.
