Từ phá thế bao vây cấm vận tới hội nhập kinh tế quốc tế, ngoại giao Việt Nam đã tự đổi mới tư duy, thích ứng, chủ động hòa giải thách thức, kiến tạo cơ hội. Thành công của ngoại giao Việt Nam trên cả hai bình diện song phương và đa phương bắt nguồn từ cách tiếp cận đó. Bài viết cố gắng làm rõ một số vấn đề lý luận và thực tiễn xoay quanh ý tưởng cường quốc tầm trung cho Việt Nam sau năm 2030.One of the secrets of the success of the renovation and diplomacy of Vietnam since 1986 is to constantly explore new things and create breakthroughs. From breaking the embargo blockade to international economic integration, Vietnamese diplomacy has self-renewed its thinking, adapted and actively reconciled challenges and created opportunities. The success of Vietnamese diplomacy on both bilateral and multilateral levels stems from that approach. The article attempts to clarify some theoretical and practical issues surrounding the idea of mid-sized powers for Vietnam after 2030.
