Objectives: 1. Describe the dinical and Paradinical features of fungal lung patients
2. Comments the results of treatment in of fungal lung patients. Subjects: patients are diagnosed and/or treated at Respiratory Center . Bach Mai Hospital from January 2009 to December 2013. Research Methods: Retrospective descriptive study. Results: The study perfomed 93 patients included 55 men, 38 women
Age average 49.4 +/- 13.4. Clinical symptoms: productive cough 51.1 percent
hemoptysis 47,8 percent
chest pain 46,7 percent
diminished vesicular breath sound 39,1 percent
moist rales 29.4 percent
cracker rales 12 percent. X-ray shows pulmonary fungal lesions of 16.1 percent
Chest CT-scanner shows damage caused by fungi 55.6 percent. Histopathology of CT-guided transthoracic needle biopsypositive for fungus 75 percent
Histopathology of bronchoscopy positive for fungus 66,7 percent. Medical treatment is 48.4 percent
treated with anti-fungal antibiotic 20.4 percent
Surgery 25.8 percent. Treatment and relief of symptoms from 55.9 percent
heavy and go out, 10.8 percent.Complication fatal anemia 75.6 percent
Kali down 35.6 percent. Conduslon: The correct diagnosis and the way of suitable treatment to reduce symptoms and improved healthy markedly. Complication when treating is higher requires monitoring and timely processing.
