Đánh giá cứu thực trạng biên chế lực lượng điều dưỡng của 4 bệnh viện tuyến cuối quân khu phía Bắc năm 2016. Kết quả cho thấy lực lượng điều dưỡng, kỹ thuật viên chung của 4 bệnh viện có tỷ lệ nữ tương đối cao (49,8%), tập trung chủ yếu ở độ tuổi từ 26 đến 45, nhóm quân hàm cấp úy có tỷ lệ dao động từ 61,9% đến 92,0%. Biên chế điều dưỡng, kỹ thuật viên giữa các bệnh viện khác nhau cả về số lượng và tỷ lệ so với biên chế bác sĩ, số lượng hiện có cao hơn biên chế từ 9,5% đến 47,7%. Tỷ lệ điều dưỡng, kỹ thuật viên có trình độ đại học thấp, tỷ lệ y sĩ, y tá chưa chuyển loại điều dưỡng, kỹ thuật viên cao.The article evaluates the current status of the nursing force staff of 4 hospitals at the end of the Northern Military Region in 2016. The results show that the nursing and general technicians of 4 hospitals have a relatively high proportion of women ( 49.8%), mainly concentrated in the ages of 26 to 45, the rank of rank rank army has the rate ranging from 61.9% to 92.0%. Nursing staff and technicians among hospitals are different in both quantity and proportion compared to doctors' payrolls, the existing number is higher than the payroll from 9.5% to 47.7%.
