Nghiên cứu về sự an toàn của phương pháp an thần PCS (patient controlled sedation), ACS (anesthesiologist controlled sedation) bằng propofol so với gây tê đơn thuần trong phẫu thuật răng khôn trên 162 bệnh nhân. Kết quả cho thấy cả 3 phương pháp vô cảm đều an toàn cho do không có biến chứng trong phẫu thuật. Phương pháp an thần PCS và ACS bằng propofol kết hợp với gây tê tại chỗ có mức an thần tỉnh, luôn ổn định về dấu hiện sinh tồn, không nôn, buồn nôn so với phương pháp gây tê đơn thuần trong phẫu thuật răng khôn.The paper explores the safety of patient controlled sedation (PCS), anesthesiologist controlled sedation (ACS) methods with propofol compared to simple anesthesia in wisdom tooth surgery over 162 patients. The results showed that all three anesthesia methods were safe because there were no complications in surgery. PCS and ACS sedation with propofol combined with local anesthesia have a sedative level, which is stable in the presence of survival, no vomiting, nausea compared to simple anesthesia in wisdom tooth surgery.
