Among 537 Klebsiella pneumoniae (K. pneumoniae) stains isolated from specimens of patients who have been undergone medical treatment in National hospital of tropical disease from 1- 2007 to 12- 2011, 320 (59.6 percent) isolated strains in sputum specimes, 134 stains (25 percent) isolated strains in blood specimes. The rate of breeding ESBL of these stains are 37.3 percent. Antibiotics group of cephalosporin are resisted with the percentage from 22,4 percent to 50,5 percent, and the resistance for antibiotics group of Ticarcillinclavulanic as from 37,7 percent to 78,7 percent, imipenem the resistance for antibiotics group to 10,8 percent.
