In recent years, Morocco has achieved remarkable achievements in economic growth, poverty reduction, and job creation for workers. However, in the process of economic development, Morocco is facing many challenges in developing human resources. Experts inside and outside the region have said that: The reason for the low quality of human resources in Morocco is that education and training in general and vocational training in particular are still limited and inadequate. Education - vocational training has not yet been integrated with the socio-economic development strategy, resulting in labor redundancy, especially skilled labor.
