PID controllers are commonly used in industry, but the design is only calculated for a specific working mode of the system
therefore, the dynamics and sustainability of the system do not meet the requirements of the adjustment amounts and state error, etc. On the other hand, with the advantages of the fuzzy controller, it is suitable for the object with incorrect parameters. This paper introduces fuzzy controller and PID controller. While the internal PID controller plays as the main one controlling objects, the external fuzzy controller is to compensate the PID controller parameters in the values obtained from Ziegler-Nichols experimental method, which is generally called PID fuzzy controller. Experimental result on kiln, which requires the temperature of above 1500°C and is simulated by Matlab-Simulink software, shows that the PID fuzzy controller designed has met the rising time and the time has been reasonably established, and the percentage of adjustment amounts and state error are almost eliminated.
