The article introduces the application of Alexander Bathory model to measure financial risks for real estate listed companies in Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. Data were collected through the financial statements of 34 listed real estate companies in the period of 2013-2015, then using Microsoft Excel software to calculate variables in the model and finally determine targets financial risk lice.
