In recent years, the scientific research undertaken by teachers in the educational system, in general, and in vocational schools, in particular, has gradually contributed to raising the quality and effectiveness in the training and fostering of the teaching staff and has made substantial contributions to the general achievements of the educational system. However, it can be seen that, among vocational schools, the undertakings of research studies and teaching of different positions in the working system of these schools have left much to be desired with respect to the small number of teaching staff participation in research, perfunctory research, and research having no practical applications, etc. This article, therefore, points out the real situation of these problems and offers some solutions to improving the effectiveness in scientific research undertakings in vocational schools.
