Improving the professional capacity of teachers is a process of bettering their professional quality, helping them to improve both professional knowledge and skills and professional attitudes on the basis of their competencies. During the current international integration period, each lecturer must always update knowledge, improve working methods. Applying Kaizen philosophy to increase productivity and work efficiency is a necessary task for each lecturer of Hanoi University of Home Affairs to meet the increasing needs of society.
