Study the effect of the rooting of cutting substrate on growth and development of Stevia plants grown on a perforated tray. the authors conducted using substrate kinds of clean land, waste land, sand, coir, microbial organic fertilizer with different mixing ratio. Each experiment was ammged in a completely randomized design (CRD) with three replicaqpns corresponding 3 different cuttings phase. Research results showed that the type of substrate with different mixing ratio affects growth and development of stevia roots and cuttings. In there, the substrate is clean land, waste land in the mixing ratio of 1:3 for best effective with 93.66 percent survival rate, plant height was 9.76 em, the total number of roots/plant reached 13.8 roots and root length was 10.80 cm.
