This paper presents the results of studying on influence of some factors such as the environment temperature, degree of friction and sweat on the content of lead which was extracted from clothing during wearing process. In this work, the orthogonal experiment delineation method, Microsoft Excel 2007 was used for data treatment. The obtained regression equation shows the relationship between the wearing factors of clothing and the content of lead extracted from clothing is linear. Research results show that the environmental temperature, the level of friction on the clothes and sweat of people can affect the content of lead extracted from textile products.
