Menochilus sexmaculatus Fabricius. was studied in the laboratory at temperatures of 21.4°C and 30.3°C, humidities of 74-77 percent, using Aphis gossypii Glover as their prey, to observe their morphological and biologcal characteristics. When rearing M. sexmaculatus at an average temperature of 30.3°C and humidity of 77 percent, the average length and width of the egg, and the size of the larva, pupa and adults was larger than when it's rearing them at an average temperature of 21.4°C and humidity of 74 percent. Under laboratory conditions at 30.3°C
77 percent of the RH life cycle of Menochilus sexmaculatus was from 19.98 + or - 0.19 days to 28.50 + or - 0.44 days at 21.4 °C
74 percent RH. Female ladybird M. sexmaculatus beetles laid an average 207.3 eggs/day and the hatchling rate was 90.79 percent at an average temperature of 30.3°C and average humidity of 77 percent. The female of this species laid 102.1 eggs/day and the hatchling rate was 76.79 percent at an average temperature of 21.4°C and average humidity of 74 percent.
