Experiments studied on the fertilizer rates for sticky hybrid maize variety HN88 in Gia Sang ward, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province. The experiments consisted of 6 treatments, 3 replications which were arranged in randomized complete block design. Experimental results showed that growing time ranged from 95-100 days, the plant height was medium, ratio of cobcom-made height and plant height was low, which help maize plants had good falling resistant. Proportion of pest prevalence tended to increase with the amount of fertilizer, however, the level of pest infestation was low and not impact on the yield and quality of HN88 maize plant. Actual yields ranged from 2.5-4.0 tons/ha. Treatment 4 (140N + 80P2O5 + 90 K2O) had the highest potential yield (4.0 tons/ha).
