The total of 180 foreign piglets weaned at 21 days old with the average weight of 6.04kg per head, then was divided into 3 groups, each groups has 20 heads with 3 replication. The group 1 - the control - was supplemented with 0.1 percent of antibiotic colistin
the group 2 was supplemented with 1 percent of Na-butyrate and the group 3 with 1.5 percent of Na-butyrate in concentration food. Piglets were raised for 42 days to determine some targets: the length of capillary villi intestine (um), pH in the digestive tract, body weight of experiment pigs (kg/ones), quantity of aerobic microorganisms in containing of the small intestine (CFU/gram), feed efficiency and economic efficiency, technical experiment. The results showed that: using sodiumbutyrate (Na-butyrate) to dietary supplement has replacement value for Colistin as: Pigs have good gastrointestinal condition, expressed in the length of villi in intestine was higher than the control at the statistical difference that was 99.99 percent (P or 0.05).
