The article tackles brand protection, one of the neglected issues in many Vietnamese enterprises. Brand violation is still common in Vietnam and a lot of Vietnamese brands haye been taken by foreign companies. The situation is said to be the consequence of the enterprises lack of caution and inadequate awareness. From the survey and in-depth interview, the article points out the remaining problems in brand protection methods of enterprises, then offers some suggestions for the brand protection plans of companies. Depending on the real situation, enterprises can flexibly adapt each individual solution or their combination to have highest result in protecting enterprises brands.
