Objective: To evaluate the early surgical complications after renal transplantation in No.103 Hospital. Patients and method: 138 patients with end-stage renal disease underwent renal transplantation in Hospital No.103 from 6/1992 to 5/2013. All the surgery complications were evaluated. Results: The position of renal transplants: right iliac fossa: 133 cases (96.4 percent) and the left iliac fossa 05 cases (3.6 percent). There were 9 complications (6.6 percent), including: 2 arterial anastomosis bleeding, 2 arterial anastomosis stenosis, 2 urinary leakage, 1 ureteral stricture, 1 necrosis of distal ureteral. Conclusion: The incidence of urological complications: 3 percent and vascular complications: 3 percent.
