The new training method sets new requirements for the pedagogical lecturers. One of the requirements is that the teacher must have a self-learning compentency. self-fostering to develop professional compentency itself. The article focuses on the influence of subjective and objective factors relating to the professional development compentency of lecturers of Thai Nguyen University of education. The paper focuses on the issues: effects of subjective and objective factors relating to the development of pedagogical professional compentency of the lecturers of Thai Nguyen University of education. The authors used the research methods: interviewing, inquiring lecturers and processing method results in mathematical statistics.
