Training techniques have an important role in the development of each country. However, it has been revealed that there are many shortcomings in the technical training programs that now exist in Vietnam. This paper analyzes the causes that have led to these disadvantages in technical training in universities today as graduates of current industry and technical programs require better trained, high-quality human resources for the industrialization and modernization of the country in this day and age.
