The study was conducted on 200 times of dialysis in Kien An Hospital Hai Phong in 45 patients with chronic renal failure (41 male: 91.2 percent, 4 females: 8.8 percent), mean age: 44.4 percent 10.4, solution Bicarbonate dialysis, filters Nipro FB 130T, speed of blood pumped from 180-250 ml/min... Results: During 4 hours of Hemodialysis, the average of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, frequency circuits were changed negligible, the difference of the measurement time interval 1 hour without statistical significance. However, at the end of the hemodialysis, the average of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, frequency circuit were the most decreased and a statistically significant reduction compared with baseline (TO), (p0.05). The rate of complications during Hemodialysis: hypotension: 8 percent
nausea, vomiting: 7 percent
arrhythmias: 7 percent
cramps: 7 percent
pain chest, cramps, fever were negligible
not having other complications. The group with high-speed pump or a large volume ultrafiltration had the rate of complications more than the group with low speed pump or small ultrafiltration volume (p0.05). Hypotensive patients had blood urea higher before filtering, lower hemoglobin, left ventricular larger compared with normal blood pressure group (p0.05). Patients with blood urea 34 mmol/I appears nausea, vomiting during dialysis more than patients with blood urea 34 mmol/I (p0.01).
