Research on biodiversity of entomopathogenic fungi period from 2008 to 2012 in Pu Mat National Park, Nghe An province has collected 1208 specimens. From these specimens, 97 species of entomopathogenic fungi were identified in 20 genera of Hypocreales order. The Aschersonia genus has 15 species with 247 specimens, Coroyceps and lsaria genera has 10 species, Ophiocordyceps and Torrubiella has,9 species. The most common species is Ophiocoroyceps unilateraUswith 161 specimens were collected, followed by lsaria tenuipes with 84 specimens, Hirsutella fonnicarom with 59 specimens, Ophiocoroyceps pseudolloydii with 53 specimens. Most of species in Cordyceps, Hirsultella, Akanthomyces and Torrubiella genera have lowest appearance frequency and only collected from 1 to 6 specimens per one species. The host of entomopathogenic fungi included 11 insect orders and 1 spider order. Species belonging Homoptera order are main host of entomopathogenic fungi with 46 species and 573 specinrens. The Beauveria, Coroyceps, Hirsutella and Metarhizium genera have high biodiversity of host with 6 and 8 host orders respectively.
